We have created a niche, specializing in smaller, attractive, sustainable and energy efficient custom designed homes and cottages for the world today.

Ecologically minded and natural materials are used where ever possible, providing not only a beautiful appearance, but also a healthy environment in which to live.

The design of our places of spirit and comfort take advantage of their natural setting, with consideration to views, sun direction for room placement and also for the application of passive and active solar power and wind generators. Composting toilets are part of the design options offered. Plans are designed according to our clients needs and desires.

The use of towers, lofts and cozy nooks, artists studios and wonderfully creative private spaces incorporated into each design, provide an interesting quality to the interior and exterior adding a unique character to each and every dwelling.

Our quaint 'Hamlet Cottage' series of design concepts, ranging from 1300 SF to 1900 SF
provide character, romance and the feeling of
old world charm. Our " Philosopher's Cottage", "Artist's Studio" and "Wizard's Tower" set the stage for but a few of the exciting designs awaiting your desire to fuel our creative imagination.
